BAMC iCare Culture celebrates the launch of iCare for Souls and its 10th Anniversary with the theme “A Decade of Excellence: Continuing Holistic Care and Spiritual Wellness” on Tuesday, November 22, 2022. Department managers and all of the office staff join in this celebration.
For the past 10 years, iCare culture has been established by BAMC with the concept of being compassionate, attentive, respectful, and enthusiastic. Later on, this was developed into version 2.0 with iCare actions as C for connect, A for attend, R for respond and restore, and E for empower. BAMC believes that with “iCare,” patients experience feelings of comfort and love, of being at ease, and of being healed not only physically but spiritually.
The iCare Anniversary Committee prepares fun and exciting games at the East Wing Lobby from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A cup of love is served for the patients. Free ice cream and snacks are also served.
