Company Profile

Adventist Medical Center- Bacolod rises, becoming the hospital of choice in the Negros Province and persisting to optimize the full potential of its greatest asset- its caring workers. Being the Home of iCare – the client-centered administration and services flagship program of the institution – the hospital evokes a sense of belonging and warmth. This brings about treating everyone with Compassion, Attentiveness, Respect and Enthusiasm, thus the acronym, CARE. Its thrusts include iCARE for Myself, iCARE for My co- workers and iCARE for my Clients.

Caring for one’s self is the core of being able to extend care for others. It includes not only projecting the professional image and manner, but exudes the healthy lifestyle and Christ- centered approach that the hospital advocates. The thrust of caring for co-workers and all members of the healthcare team uplifts the aspect of treating everyone as family. By being attentive and respectful to each other, the workforce unites and promotes a healthy work environment. The center of it all is caring for its clients, who are considered the most important persons in the hospital. With the belief that the customer is the vital element that gives the hospital an opportunity to bring about its mission, each worker contributes to bring a sense of well-being, extend comfort and share happiness amidst sickness and despair.

BAMC, as it is fondly known, continues to open its doors with the hundreds of caring hearts and hands ready to extend the healing ministry of Christ, bringing about the best in each other, for the betterment of everyone.
